Which formats and platforms are supported?

Plugins ship as VST3, AU, and Standalone on macOS, and VST3 and Standalone on Windows.

How do I install a plugin?

Download the installer from the plugin's page, open it, and follow the prompts. Your DAW should pick up the new plugin on its next scan; if not, trigger a manual rescan in your DAW's plugin settings.

Where do I find my license keys?

Sign in and open your Account page — every license you own is listed there with its key and expiry.

Can I use one license on multiple machines?

Yes — licenses are per-person, not per-machine. Install on as many of your own computers as you like.

Do you offer refunds?

Because you can evaluate every plugin with a free demo before buying, all sales are final and licenses are non-transferable. Try the demo first, and if you have any questions before purchasing, just email us — we're glad to help.
